Well, there isn't too much to update on. It has been pretty uneventful, which is good. I am feeling fine, but feel huge already. I can't wait for August! Just kidding. My hands have swelled and I can't wear my wedding ring anymore. I tease Ian and tell him I am not married anymore! My feet are also starting to swell a bit and I am starting to waddle. Fun! My main craving is still Golden Spoon and sometimes strawberries.The baby is developing perfectly, as far as the doctor can tell. Being as he was already measuring big at the last ultrasound, I think he is going to be big! He also moves a lot! He is still pretty low in my belly, but on Saturday, he was up higher and was kicking so hard in one spot, you could see my skin poke out! It was pretty neat, although it looked a little alien like. Ian is able to feel him more now and we noticed he moves when Ian talks to him or if Ian plays the guitar.
We now have all the nursery furniture in the baby's room. We are doing a vintage circus/carnival type theme. No clowns; just the animals and balloons and such. I found some really neat vintage circus posters with elephants and lion tamers that I am getting. The colors are darker reds, yellows, blues, etc. Over the weekend I bought fabric to make the bedding. Well, my Motsy is probably going to make most of it, but I need to learn how to use my sewing machine, so I am helping too. We just need to get some finishing decor pieces now and we are ready to go!
