Pumpkin Carving

Usually, we carve pumpkins with our friends, Jocelyn and Chris. Ian's schedule has been all over the place though. so scheduling a time to get together was difficult and then they got sick right before we were supposed to carve pumpkins and we didn't want the baby getting sick, so we missed this year. :(

We had a good time with just our little family though. Sawyer refused his nap that he should have taken right before we were to carve pumpkins, so he fell asleep sitting in his Bumbo seat! Ian and I enjoyed a few beers while carving our pumpkins and had a good time chatting. Ian wanted more pumpkin seeds though! He brined the seeds and then seasoned them in different flavor batches and baked them the next day. They were so good!
